Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery from our showroom.
Order Validity
Orders without advance payment are not considered valid. We reserve the right to accept or reject any such order.
Custom Orders Cancellation
If an order based on your custom design or specifications is cancelled after production, the advance payment will be forfeited.
Standard Orders Cancellation
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for cancelled orders based on our standard designs and sizes.
Inspection Before Delivery
Customers must inspect their furniture at the time of delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for damage or issues after the goods are delivered.
No Return or Exchange
Goods once sold are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Showroom Timings
Our showroom remains closed on Sundays.
Transportation
